  • When you contact with us: On our website, we have provided a contact form through which you can get in touch with FORESEE.

For what purpose will we process the personal data and for how long?

The purposes and legal basis for which we process your personal data are as follows:

  • Whenever a user submits a query, complaint, or claim using the contact form or any other a contact channel, their data will be processed for the purpose of managing and resolving the query, complaint, or claim.

 

Legal basis:  depending on the nature of the action or communication directed to FORESEE, the processing of data may be based on:

  • Consent: provided by the user when submitting the communication, which is not covered by the legal basis listed below.
  • Contract performance or prior steps to entering into a contract: for cases in which the data processing carried out by FORESEE is conducted in connection with an existing contractual relationship or, where applicable, with a view to establishing a potential contractual relationship.
  • Compliance with legal obligations: In the event of exercising any of the rights listed in this privacy policy, the processing of your personal data will be carried out to comply with legal obligations.

 

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition to the treatment following the procedures described on www.upf.edu/web/proteccio-dades/drets.

 

In addition, if you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed, you have the right to file a claim with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
